Improved system reliability
A coordinated, factory-built system replaces aging equipment that has become a recurring source of failures.

When a commercial equipment pack reaches the end of its service life, replacement restores reliability, efficiency, and uptime. We replace Vak Pak, Com-Pac, and AquaWorx packs across Florida and Southeast Georgia.
What Is an Equipment Pack
Pre-engineered and factory assembled, a pack houses everything that keeps your pool safe and efficient in one organized, accessible enclosure. Many components can be repaired individually, but there is a point where replacing the complete pack delivers more value than another season of patches. Drag the divider.
Each pack contains circulation pumps, commercial filtration (DE, sand, or cartridge), valves and manifolds, electrical control panels, chemical feed connections, and plumbing and hydraulic components.
Available in above-grade or subterranean configurations from Vak Pak, Com-Pac, and AquaWorx.

A coordinated, factory-built system replaces aging equipment that has become a recurring source of failures.

Replacing worn components together can reduce the cycle of repeated repairs and searches for obsolete parts.

Pumps and equipment are selected around your facility’s hydraulic requirements and operating needs.

Organized plumbing and removable pump unions make the equipment easier to reach for future service.

Updated controls and electrical components are coordinated with the replacement system during engineering and startup.

Removal, installation, and startup are planned around your facility’s calendar to limit time out of service.

Matched circulation and filtration equipment support the flow and water treatment your pool requires.

Durable enclosures, marine-grade stainless hardware, and pressure-tested assemblies are built for demanding commercial environments.

We inspect your current filtration system, hydraulic design, plumbing layout, electrical service, and equipment condition to determine the best replacement solution.

We coordinate with manufacturers and engineers so the new pack matches your facility's hydraulic requirements, turnover rates, and local health department standards.

Technicians safely disconnect utilities, cut the existing pack apart in sections, and prepare the excavation and foundation while protecting surrounding utilities and infrastructure.

The replacement pack is carefully lowered into place with specialized lifting equipment, then reconnected to your existing suction, return, electrical, and control systems.

The system is pressure tested, inspected, and commissioned. We verify circulation, filtration, controls, and chemical systems, then give your maintenance staff operational guidance.

Uptime is the whole job.
What facility managers ask before a pack comes out of the ground.
A factory-built mechanical room. One self-contained system houses the circulation pumps, commercial filtration (DE, sand, or cartridge), valves and manifolds, electrical control panels, chemical feed connections, and the plumbing and hydraulic components that keep your pool safe and operating efficiently. Because packs are pre-engineered and factory assembled, installation is simpler and the equipment stays organized and accessible for maintenance.
Many components can be repaired individually, but there is a point where replacing the complete pack is the better long-term value. The signs: frequent pump or motor failures, corroded plumbing or valves, obsolete electrical controls, cracked fiberglass housings, leaking piping beneath the equipment, replacement parts that are hard to find, rising maintenance costs, and downtime that affects pool operations. Replacing the system often ends years of recurring repairs at once.
Vak Pak, Com-Pac, and AquaWorx packs, running DE, sand, pressure cartridge, or vacuum cartridge filtration. Replacements come in above-grade or subterranean configurations and can be specified with the pumps, filters, UV systems, and controls your facility requires.
We excavate around the existing pack to expose the structure while protecting surrounding utilities and infrastructure, then cut the old pack apart and remove it in sections so the existing plumbing and mechanical area stay intact. The excavation and foundation are prepared so the new factory-built pack sits properly positioned and level, and it is lowered into place with specialized lifting equipment. We reconnect the existing suction and return plumbing, electrical service, and control systems, then pressure test, inspect, and commission the system before the pool returns to service.
Less than most owners expect. Sectional removal and a factory-built replacement preserve as much of the existing infrastructure as possible, which is what keeps the pool out of service for the shortest time. Downtime affects your guests, residents, and operations, so the schedule is built around your calendar and confirmed in the proposal before work begins.
We do. Our commercial team coordinates with manufacturers and engineers so the new pack matches your facility's hydraulic requirements, turnover rates, and local health department standards. At startup we verify circulation, filtration, controls, and chemical systems, then give your maintenance staff operational guidance on the new system.
Often the best way to do it. If the surfaces, decks, or code items are due as well, the pack goes in as one phase of a single shutdown instead of two. See commercial resurfacing and remodels for how full-facility work is planned.
