This backyard was built to feel like part of a clean white farmhouse, not something added to it. A 27′ × 17′ pool and a 7′ × 7′ spa are framed by raised walls of painted brick and an 8′ × 8′ pergola, with the preserve behind as the backdrop.
The water features are built into the architecture. A rain bar hides in the pergola header, so the water seems to fall from the structure itself, and raw copper scuppers will weather to a patina over the years. The pool is 3′6″ to 4′ deep throughout and holds about 7,235 gallons.
The finishes stay white and soft gray: a SunStone White Pearl with Abalone interior, 6″ × 6″ tumbled shell stone and Oceanside Glass tile. It’s a quiet base that lets the copper and the preserve stand out.

Designer’s note
The house has that clean white farmhouse character, and we didn't want the pool to feel like a separate object dropped into the yard — we wanted it to feel like the house kept going. So the raised walls are real painted brick, the rain bar hides up in the pergola header so the water seems to fall from the structure itself, and the scuppers are raw copper that will patina over time. Everything else stays white and soft gray, and we let the preserve and the water bring the color. It's a pool designed to age with the home, not just match it on day one
