The amenity they book for.

Hotel and resort pool construction across Florida and Southeast Georgia. Roadside motels through destination resorts, designed for heavy use and built for the tenth season.

More than a place to swim.

For many travelers, the pool is the first amenity they look for when choosing a hotel. A thoughtfully designed one becomes a destination, a gathering place, and often the centerpiece of the guest experience.

Hospitality pools also carry far heavier use than a backyard pool. They need specialized engineering, commercial-grade equipment, advanced circulation, and compliance with state health department regulations and local building codes. Our design-build team delivers all of it under one contract.

Built For

Motels & Limited Service. A clean rectangle, built to commercial standard, easy to supervise and cheap to run.

Boutique & Lifestyle. Smaller footprints where finish, tile, and lighting carry the brand.

Luxury & Destination. Resort-style water that is itself the reason the booking happened.

Every kind of hospitality pool.

From a roadside motel to a destination resort. Most properties build one pool and one specialty amenity beside it.

Our Design Process

  1. Guest Demographics

Family resorts, adults-only properties, boutique hotels, and limited-service stays each use a pool differently, and that decides its size and features.

  2. Size & Configuration

Dimensions follow anticipated occupancy, the space the site actually has, circulation requirements, and how you intend to operate.

  3. Architectural Integration

Materials, finishes, lighting, decking, and water features are chosen to complement the building rather than compete with it.

Covered pool deck with pale stone finishes, white seating, and an accessible pool lift.
  4. Operational Efficiency

Equipment access, water treatment, energy use, and maintenance are designed in at the start, because they set the cost of every season after the first.

  5. Guest Experience

The goal is water guests relax in, socialize around, and come back to. Every decision above is measured against it.

FAQs

How is a hotel pool different from a residential pool?

It is a commercial facility, so almost everything behind the tile changes. Hospitality pools are permitted and monitored by the state health department, sized to a bather load rather than a family, and built with commercial-grade equipment and higher-turnover circulation. Barriers, depth markings, drains, and accessibility all carry requirements a backyard pool never sees.

Can you build a commercial spa or cold plunge alongside the pool?

Yes, and it is increasingly the request. Commercial spas, cold plunge pools, and therapy pools are part of our commercial work. Each one gets its own filtration, its own heating or chilling, and its own code review, which is exactly why they are cheapest to add while the main pool is still on paper.

Do you work with our architect and general contractor?

Routinely. We provide complete design-build services with dedicated commercial project management, and our team coordinates directly with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and hospitality professionals from concept through completion. You get one point of contact for the aquatic scope and transparent communication at every phase.

Does an indoor or rooftop pool change the project?

Considerably. An indoor pool brings ventilation and humidity control into the design, and a rooftop pool brings structural engineering and equipment access with it. Both are decisions best made early, because they shape the building as much as they shape the pool.

Can you renovate the pool we already have?

Yes. Resurfacing, remodels, feature additions, and equipment modernization run through our commercial renovations team, scheduled around your occupancy to keep disruption to guests as short as possible. Note that a renovation including replastering brings the whole pool into current code compliance, which is work you want a contractor who knows those codes to handle.
