Backed by a wall of preserve pines, this geometric pool pairs a SunStone Blue Pearl interior with a raised corner spa wrapped inside and out in shimmering blue glass — its two-foot spillover gliding over a slab of Dallas White granite. A matching glass trim band traces the pool's raised edge, full-width steps span the shallow end, and ShellStone coping cools the transition to a gray paver deck that wraps the water on every side, connecting the covered lanai to loungers with a preserve view. Gas-heated, salt-sanitized, and app-controlled, with nothing scaled back.

Designer’s note

The glass is the whole idea here. Most spas get tiled on the waterline and faced in stone; this one is wrapped in ZPH1273 glass brick inside and out, running straight through the waterline, so the spa reads as one solid jewel of blue from any angle — wet or dry. Carrying the same glass onto the pool's raised trim band ties the two structures into a single composition. The Dallas White granite spillover was chosen over tile for a reason: a polished stone slab throws a cleaner, glassier sheet of water than any tiled edge, and its white marbling picks up the ShellStone coping. With a preserve lot doing the backdrop work, the design stays quiet everywhere else — one material statement, made twice, and then restraint.
